IQTalent Partners Celebrates Five Years of Growth in Nashville

May 30, 2017

IQTalent Partners is set to host an open house at its downtown Nashville office Tuesday, June 6 to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the founding of its Nashville Executive Research Division.

Several members of the local business community and university representatives are expected to be in attendance, along with members of the broader regional tech community.

Co-founders Chris Murdock and Tom Milic launched IQTP in Silicon Valley, but they hired their first employee in Nashville. As Vanderbilt University alumni, the two have always felt a strong connection to the Nashville area.

“Having seen Nashville grow since Tom and I got here in 1995 – it’s been great to see the growth and change in the city and also the growth and maturing of our people and our business along with it,” Murdock said.

Five years later the Nashville team is more than 50 people strong. “We could not have grown the business over 5x in the last three years without the incredible talent here in Nashville,” Milic said.

David Windley, President of IQTalent Partners and a veteran of Silicon Valley, said he sees a burgeoning tech community in the Southeast.

“We like to think that we bring a little bit of the Silicon Valley spirit to the region,” said Windley. “We would like to be part of helping the tech community grow here in Nashville.”
